Common Names: Winter Clematis, Fern-leaved Clematis, Evergreen Traveller's Joy, Evergreen Virgin's Bower, Minorca Virgin's Bower 
 
Description: Clematis cirrhosa (Winter Clematis) is a member of the Ranunculus Family (Ranunculaceae). The Hortus Kewensis, ed. 2, vol. 3 recorded this native of Spain was first known to be cultured in 1596.
